Andy Jordan

Andy has extensive maritime experience following 30 years with the Royal Navy. At sea, he served on 11 different warships and Royal Yacht Britannia. He commanded four of them on operations around the world. 

In his last role, he was responsible for the capability and support of the Royal Navy’s surface fleet, from aircraft carriers to boats, with personal legal accountability for the safety of the platforms. Andy has also commanded the Maritime Warfare School and HMS Collingwood, the Royal Navy’s largest and most diverse training establishment, where his remit included all navigation training and sea command qualifications. 

Andy was appointed to the Operations Committee in April 2023, Council in June 2023 and became Chair of the Operations Committee in October 2023.
