Roger Fairhead

Roger is group reward director at BAE Systems plc. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994 and specialised in employment and international tax with Ernst & Young.
Roger has over 20 years’ experience in HR, remuneration and pensions. He lives in Hampshire and is a Launch Authority at Calshot Lifeboat Station.
Roger has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since 2016 and Chair from 2023. He joined the RNLI Council in 2017 and was a member of the People Committee between 2019 and 2023.
