Craster RNLI has brilliant Harbour Fete
On Saturday 13 July 2019 Craster RNLI held their annual Harbour fete
Even though the weather never stayed fair for the whole day it was still a good day with an amazing amount raised in the region of £6000.
The station would like to say: 'Thank you to everyone who came out to help out on the day, to those who donated and to everyone who braved the weather. Thanks also to RNLI - Amble Lifeboat Station, Seahouses Lifeboat Station and Howick Coastguard Rescue Team for bringing their all-weather lifeboats and coastguard vehicle to put on show to the public.'
Credit must also go to Andrew Cowen from NEAMPR - North East Aviation and Maritime Photos and Reports for the pictures taken, also 'thank you' to Gillian and Roger Smith who are the donors of the current Lifeboat D-703 Joseph Hughes,
for opening the fete day and to Peter Angus for donating all monies raised from the sale of his homemade jam.
