Presthaven Sands gives donation to Rhyl RNLI.
The donation to the station is to go to national funds, as Presthaven nominated the RNLI as their national charity for 2023.
This will go towards the national total being raised by the Presthaven group around the UK. Neil Ankers and his team came to the boathouse last week to hand over the cheque. The group has supported the RNLI for many years and raises needed funds for the charity.
Coxswain Martin Jones said ' The lifeboat station is very grateful to Bourne Leisure for their support on this part of the North Wales coast, the donation will go towards saving lives at sea and on inland waters around the UK'.
