St Bees RNLI go to the assistance of Father Christmas
A special evening for St Bees RNLI
Father Christmas, along with his merry band of cycling elves, met children of the village and helped turn on the village Christmas lights.
We would like to thank everyone that attended for their generous donations that were collected throughout the parade. An incredible £205.22 was raised.
St Bees RNLI would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
RNLI volunteers are ready to rescue 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – even at Christmas. They will drop everything to save the life of a stranger. Even if it means leaving their family behind on Christmas Day. Donations received from tonight's parade will help fund the training, equipment and operational support of St Bees Lifeboat Station.
