Creel boat towed to harbour by Wick RNLI
Wick RNLI lifeboat was launched at the request of HM Coastguard
The lifeboat the Roy Barker II was launched at 8.52 am on 9 October to go to the assistance of a local creel boat that had fouled its prop approx 7 miles south west of Wick.
The lifeboat arrived on scene at 9.24 am and took the vessel under tow back to Wick harbour arriving at 11 am.
The lifeboat was then made ready for future services.

The RNLI charity saves lives at sea. Its volunteers provide a 24-hour search and rescue service around the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland coasts.
