Teresa swims 200 lengths for RNLI 200 years in support of Sennen Cove RNLI
Last month, to celebrate the charity’s 200th Anniversary, RNLI supporter Teresa Davies swam 200 lengths of the swimming pool at Penventon Park Hotel, in Redruth, Cornwall in aid of Sennen Cove lifeboat station.
During a visit to Sennen Cove lifeboat station this week, Teresa, from Redruth, presented a cheque to the crew and had a tour of our Tamar class lifeboat City of London III.
Coxswain Ollie George said 'We are so grateful to Teresa for supporting our lifeboat station and those who sponsored her. We wouldn't be able to do our job without people like her raising the vital funds to help save lives at sea.'
