The latest RNLI Our Watch Progress Update is now available

As we kicked off the RNLI's 200th year, look back at the progress we made together as one crew this spring.

Our Quarterly Progress Updates are our regular summary of how we are performing as an organisation. They provide an overview of how our collective efforts as one crew contribute towards the Outcomes set out in Our Watch. Delivering against these Outcomes puts us in the best possible position to achieve our mission to save every one.

In each edition, we share insights into how we performed in the last quarter. We also share the impact of any challenges we are facing, along with the key messages for you to take away that will help ensure our performance remains on track.

Here's the latest update available to download. Please take a moment to reflect on how we performed between January and March 2024.

We all shape this together – as one crew

It is vital to recognise that all of us have a part to play in providing the information that enables us to get the insight we need to improve our organisation. I'd like to say thank you for playing your part in this.

Whether you’re recording lifeboat Returns of Service, reporting a safety incident, providing survey feedback, or any one of many other ways in which we share information with each other – you’re directly helping to generate the insight that allows us to continue to improve our performance and become a better RNLI.

Share and help others stay up to date

Together we are one crew, and this is our watch. Whether you volunteer or work for our charity, or maybe you do both, please share and talk about this update with your fellow RNLI teams – perhaps in your next team meeting.
