RNLI local ambassador - Water Safety
Do you work in or own a business near the water? If so, you could help save lives by promoting some of our key water safety messages.
When?
Whenever suits you. We’ll ask you to download and display our Water Safety Campaign Resources. In the downloadable pack we will detail what to do if you see someone in trouble and include our key water safety messages. This is so you can informally deliver safety messaging to customers and members of the public when the opportunity arises.
Where?
This could be as simple as a poster in the window of your organisation premises, an informal conversation, or sharing via your social media channels. Safety messages delivered locally are exceptionally powerful, together we truly believe that we can save lives.
Why?
We need your help more than ever to deliver our safety messages. Over half the people that get into trouble in the water didn’t expect to get wet. As a local business or organisation, you can help be the eyes and ears and champion those messages in local communities. Together we can save lives.
