Branch information

Arnside Branch is situated on the South Bank of the Kent Estuary at the North East corner of Morecambe Bay.  It is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with views across the sands to the Lake District Hills! This natural beauty attracts many visitors however, the sands are treacherous with fast rising tides and quick moving sands and the RNLI Hovercraft from Morecambe is kept busy rescuing people who become stuck.

The Branch was formed in the 1930's and of late has gone from strength to strength holding a variety of social events including musical evenings, coffee mornings and street collections. Volunteers to help committee members at functions are always welcome and if you wish to help please contact the Chairman or the Secretary.

We are always looking for volunteers to help at our various events.

Please contact the secretary for opportunities at this branch or check our volunteering vacancies.

Committee Meetings are held three or four times a year.
