Dun Laoghaire Lifeboat Station

For 180 years a lifeboat has launched from Dun Laoghaire; today the station operates both an inshore lifeboat and an all-weather lifeboat. During its history the station has witnessed tragedy with 17 lifeboat crew losing their lives saving others at sea.
