Conwy RNLI says thanks to Past Mayor
The immediate Past Mayor Cllr Emma Leighton-Jones recently presented a cheque for £2300 to Conwy RNLI.
Having selected the RNLI as her chosen charity for her term as Mayor, Emma recently completed a charity cycle ride from Rhyl Lifeboat Station to Beaumaris Lifeboat Station, taking in Llandudno and Conwy stations en route.
Volunteers at all stations were on hand to welcome and thank her on her way through.
To welcome Emma recently, a team of volunteers headed up by our Chairman Frank Ranson, were on hand to receive the cheque which was recently presented.
On behalf of all our volunteers at RNLI, we thank the Past Mayor for her efforts and generosity in this fundraising.
Ends.
