Mark Wordsworth

Mark Wordsworth is an executive chair and trustee with significant commercial and investment experience from a career based around strategic financial planning, corporate finance and treasury management. He has close ties to the RNLI having been a crew member from 2006 to 2017 on the Trent class lifeboat stationed at Alderney in the Channel Islands.

Mark has had responsibility for the management of Andrew Lloyd Webber including his business interests, family wealth and charitable foundation for several years. Since 2008, Mark has been Executive Chair of LW Theatres (a group of seven musical theatres in the West End, including the London Palladium) and of The Really Useful Group, which licenses and tours live entertainment around the world, as well as being Chair of the Trustees for the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation. 

He was elected to the RNLI Council in 2018 and was subsequently appointed as a Trustee and Chair of the Investment Committee in 2021. Mark also serves on the Finance Committee and is Chair of the Bicentenary Steering Group.

Mark is married to Poppy and they have five children between them.
