Partnership discounts
Helly Hansen discount weekends
As part of our 5-year partnership with clothing brand Helly Hansen, RNLI volunteers and staff can take advantage of two discount weekends each year for full price items on Helly Hansen and HH Workwear.
Reminders and FAQs are shared on the Volunteer Zone news, in our Volunteer Facebook Group and in your usual RNLI communications around 2 weeks before the discount weekends to make sure you don’t miss out.

dryrobe®
Powered by our shared love of the water, dryrobe® and the RNLI have joined forces in a 3-year partnership from October 2022 and are offering a 15% year-round discount to all RNLI volunteers.
Finisterre
As part of the RNLI + Finisterre collaboration, Finisterre want to give all RNLI volunteers 20% discount off purchases*.
10% of all sales from the RNLI + Finisterre range are donated back to the RNLI. *Terms and conditions: Available on full priced purchases, not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, on sale or gift voucher purchases.
aquapac
The RNLI and aquapac strongly encourage people to take a means of calling for help and keep it within reach at all times. RNLI volunteers can access a 20% year-round discount by heading to the aquapac website.
Kärcher
Kärcher are helping us to be ‘ready for service’ by providing cleaning equipment to our lifeboat stations around the UK and Ireland. As well as this, they are offering a *10% year-round discount to all RNLI volunteers.
*Terms and conditions: Valid across all home and garden machines, accessories and detergents. Cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes but can be used on products already with a promotional price.
Motorola
RNLI volunteers can access a 15% discount on any Motorola Smartphone To access visit the Motorola website and:
- Add the device you want to a basket and proceed to checkout.
- In the top right-hand corner click 'add coupon'.
- Enter the code (please note: if the device is already on sale the biggest discount will be applied).
- Complete the checkout as normal with your discount applied.
GJW Direct
The RNLI and leading marine insurer, GJW Direct, are in a partnership that aims to save lives.
RNLI volunteers and staff can enjoy a 10% discount on all insurance premiums by heading to gjwdirect.com and entering the code.
Osprey Europe
Osprey Europe has offered all RNLI staff and volunteers the opportunity to sign up for their PRO discount scheme, which offers 40% off full-price products; this is part of their ongoing efforts to support search and rescue organisations.
Those with an RNLI email address can sign up for a PRO account:
- Go to Create an account.
- Once this is done, go to Osprey Pro (in the footer) and click on sign in.
- Once you have filled in all of the mandatory fields, wait to receive a reply which will tell you whether your application has been accepted/approved.
- Once you have been notified that your Pro account has been approved, log in to your account to see your discounted prices.
Those without an email address may use a discount code on their website.

RNLI College
The RNLI is pleased to offer RNLI volunteers, as well as their family and friends, a 15% discount on rooms at the College. Visit the College website here.
RNLI clothing
Volunteers can purchase RNLI branded clothing from the Image Scotland Volunteer Portal. This is where you can buy any items using your personal debit or credit card (prices are subsidised).

Operational volunteers can also speak to their Area Lifesaving Manager (ALM) to find out more about clothing and kit, and offers for first responders, such as the Blue Light Card.
